Gabby Carter

Gabby is a Senior Consultant at Cobalt who has performed internal audits for Federal Government, State/Territory Governments and private entities. She is an experienced internal auditor for the public sector with a breadth of expertise across a number of the Australian Government's portfolios.

She also has expertise in program and project assurance having supported multiple Commonwealth entities across the life of their programs and projects.
